Complete Accurately

Do not write 'refer to CV'. Fill in all fields entirely. Initial every page and sign the final page. This is a legal requirement.

Attach Only What's Required

As per new rules, you no longer need to attach certified copies of qualifications on initial application—only a detailed CV. Certified copies are only required if shortlisted.

Reference Number

Double check the Reference Number from the circular and ensure it is correct on the form and the envelope.
